Using Job Centric View in Paradox
The Job Centric View provides a centralized workspace to manage all jobs and their respective candidates from the My Jobs page.
Accessing Job Centric View
You can open Job Centric View in two ways:
- Click the # Candidates pill next to the job.
- Click the job’s action menu (three dots) and select View Candidates.
Key Features
Candidates per Job
- Each job displays a pill showing the total number of candidates assigned to that job and location.
- Metrics start when the job is turned ON and remain after it’s turned OFF.
- Includes candidates in Capture Incomplete status.
Note: If a job is closed and reopened, only candidates who applied during the reopened period will appear.
Layout Overview
The Job Centric View is divided into three sections:

Job Widget
- Job Title: Displays internal title first, then public title.
- Switch Jobs: View and select other jobs (search bar appears if 5+ jobs).
- Active Status: Shows ON (active) or OFF (inactive).
- Location: Job location.
- Active Days: Number of days job was active.
- Job ID: Unique identifier.
- Job Type: External, Internal, or both.

Job Opening View:
- Current Job Opening: Candidates since last opening.
- Recent Job Opening: Candidates from last opening to present.
- Previous Job Opening: All candidates from prior versions.

Job Stages
- Displays all stages tied to the job with candidate counts.
- Click a stage to view candidates in that stage.

Candidate List
- Search Bar: Search by candidate name.

Sort Options:
- Recent Activity
- Unread Messages
- Newest to Oldest
- Oldest to Newest
- Date Range Filter: Filter candidates by date.
- Candidate Status: Update status and next steps.
- View Profile: Opens candidate profile in a slide-out drawer.
