Purpose
The Violence Prevention Risk Assessment is a proactive tool developed by JEM Wellness Brands to identify and mitigate risks related to workplace violence. It helps evaluate physical environments, work procedures, and team member safety protocols across locations.
How to Use the Form

- Review each statement under physical environment and work procedures.

Physical Work Environment
Assesses safety features and vulnerabilities in the workplace:
- Public Access: Is there direct access to the workplace?
- Multiple Entry Points: Are entrances secured?
- Surveillance: Is video monitoring or security present?
- Lighting: Is lighting adequate inside and outside?
- Parking: Are parking areas well-lit and secure?
- Hazardous Objects: Are potentially dangerous items accessible in public areas?
- Cash Handling: Are there controls for cash storage and transport?
Each item includes checkboxes for:
